Scott Adler PA-C is a seasoned provider who has worked and trained in internal medicine as a hospitalist PA, ER provider, and managed multi-age acute care at a local Urgent Care. Scott has been a provider for over 15+years and has the experience you need to trust with cutting edge hormone replacement, weight loss, and rejuvenation. Scott started Summit Health out of a desire to cut the red tape on traditional medical care and get patients the treatment and modalities they need to reclaim their health and well-being.
